Cancellation and Returns Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to physical stores. If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as a department store, returns must be made following the policies of that retailer and should not be sent directly to us.
While we hope you are satisfied with your order, if you wish to return a product for any reason, please follow these steps:
- All items must be returned unused, with original labels and in their original packaging. Returns of goods not in resalable condition may not be accepted. Additionally, any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or perishable goods, as well as sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
- Please package your return item in its original packaging and ensure you obtain proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only upon receipt. Lost items in transit will not be considered returned and will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Customers returning fragrance items should adhere to the labeling and packaging guidelines provided by their zone’s postal service or courier.
- All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. A full refund may not be provided if the goods show signs of being opened.
- Once we have processed your return, our customer service will contact you via telephone or email. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible, using the original payment method. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods within 14 working days of delivery.
To prevent or investigate fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to contact you regarding suspicious returns activity and to deactivate any account engaged in such behavior.
