Within Germany, we ship with DPD. As an alternative delivery address, a DPD Pickup parcel shop can be provided. Therefore, we cannot deliver to pickup points of other providers (e.g., DHL Packstation, Hermes PaketShop). Outside of Europe, we ship with DHL Express. Please provide your correct email address, as you will receive the tracking link via email.

Delivery deadlines 

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of goods within Germany usually takes 2 – 4 working days, while for international deliveries, the delivery time is typically between 2 – 5 working days (DHL Express). For payments made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
